Population: 40,000 Located in Benton County

A bustling, friendly town oriented toward home and family, Springdale is located in the beautiful Boston Mountains at the foot of the Missouri Ozarks. Blessed with an abundance of wildlife, majestic mountains, rivers and streams, this area enjoys four distinct but gentle seasons of the year. Low unemployment, low crime, excellent schools, cultural attractions, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, fairs, festivals, and sporting events are only a few of the attractions of the area.

Known for it's old fashioned sense of family, Springdale enjoys many traditional community activities such as Rodeo of the Ozarks, a large nationally recognized rodeo and Rodeo Parade held over the July 4th weekend, the Christmas Parade, an all new public Water Park (rivaling many you travel and pay a large daily fee to enter), the Jones Center, a cultural and sports complex, free to the public with an indoor pool, jogging and walking track and ice skating rink, computer courses and more, and the Tyson Sports Complex, a large facility with tracks, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, soccer fields, battling cages, and more just to name a few.

Located in one of the fastest growing areas of the United States, Springdale and Northwest Arkansas are the home to many industries such as Wal-Mart Corporation, JBHunt Transport, Kawneer Company a division of Alcoa Aluminum, Superior Industries, Tyson Foods, Hanna Potpourris, as well as many more privately owned service oriented businesses, making for a thriving and very successful economy featuring a less then 3% unemployment rate..

Springdale has affordable housing ranging from the 50's up to the million dollar range. Comparatively housing in Springdale ranges from 3 to 10% less then many other Northwest Arkansas Cities. Springdale has new housing ranging from $70,000 and up to $1,000,000. New homes start in the $100,000's
