Homes start at about $150,000 to almost $700,000, including condos, cottages and bungalows, lined with amazing architectural elements. Albany Park Culture Nicknamed "Koreatown," Albany Park is also home to residents from Latin America, the Philippines, India, Vietnam, Romania, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Headquartered here is a Korean television station, radio station, two newspapers and many Korean businesses, now making way for new shops and restaurants from other ethnic residents .
