Located in western Riverside County near the junction of the 91 Freeway and Interstate 15, about 50 miles south and east of Los Angeles, Norco is a valley with hills along its eastern border. The Santa Ana River follows along its northern border, above its river bluff. The area is not altogether flat, though some areas are not hilly at all. The weather in Norco is mild with no real extremes in weather. A few hot spells in the summer may go over 100, winter temperatures rarely drop below 40.
