Away from the fairways lie untamed, grassy dunes and sticky Sea Fig, commonly called ice-plant, which supply all the difficulty one wants on a charming course. There is just enough peril to whet the appetite.
A scenic tour of the dramatic coastline provides views of Lover's Point, Point Pinos, Crespi Pond and the natural dunesland at Asilomar. You will be enchanted by the abundance of natural wonders such as the plentiful Pacific Blacktail Deer, seals, sea lions, sea otters, pelicans and gulls.
