Morrison is a small but thriving town whose major industries are tourism and margaritas -- especially in the summer. Visitors come for the restaurants, rocks, and/or rock concerts. They may be passing through on their way to and from the spectacular high peaks to the west, or they may come to Morrison for the day or a whole weekend away from the city, just as they did in Morrison's earliest days.

Red Rock Elementary School, Carmondy Middle School and Bear Creek High School service the Morrison area.

Willow Springs & Willowbrook, adjoining neighborhoods within Morrison, are located within 1&1/2 miles from the World renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater and The Fort Restaurant.

This is a beautiful neighborhood at the Red Rocks Country Club with a desirable 18 hole golf course. Located in unincorporated Jefferson County West of Denver in the foothills, but, only 5 minutes from C470 & 285, 25 minutes from downtown and Denver Tech Center.

This community offers a unique neighborhood with a Community pool and two kiddie pools. A lovely club house for many extra activities for the children as well as adults plus delicious meals. There are playgrounds strategically placed through-out the sub division of Willow Springs. The streets are privately owned. The homeowners monthly fees range from $40.00 - $60.00. This fee includes trash pickup and snow removal of the streets after 2-3 inches and mowing of the common areas.
