There are many things to do in and around Pagosa. Space is everywhere - 74% of Archuleta County is National Forest. It also provides great fishing, hiking, horseback riding, big game hunting, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and downhill skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area where they always have the most snow in Colorado. There are also 27 holes of championship golf and Navajo Lake State Park for water skiing, boat rentals, and more great fishing.
