The small community of Wellington, Colorado offers a rural haven of 1500 residents. Originally, in the latter half of the 19th century, Wellington was the hub of activity in northern Colorado due to a booming oil and gas business. This "hub of activity" has since changed hands (to Ft. Collins) and Wellington today feels the peace and calm of days gone by. But not to be left too far in the dust, Wellington is building new homes and now boasts it's first "fast food" chain. Our location along the northern front range affords easy access to many cultural, social, athletic and wilderness activities in Denver, Ft. Collins and the Rocky Mountains. Between the plains and the mountains, lies a charming small town that lays claim to a lot of history, beautiful sunny seasons and views of the northern Rockies.
