Bridgeville, Delaware Bridgeville Delaware is a quiet community of 1,436 served by Route 13 and Route 404. Bridgeville was settled in 1684 as Attawattacoquin on land from Charles Calvert III, Lord Baron of Baltimore. It was named Bridge Branch before officially becoming Bridgeville in 1871.
