Coral Springs is known as "the city in the country" for its community parks, excellent school system and attractive neighborhoods. The city is the 11th largest in Florida, located in Broward County on the southeast coast only 30 minutes from the beach and halfway between Miami and West Palm Beach.

Coral Springs was incorporated in 1963 and has seen tremendous growth in the last 40 years. It is one of the most successful planned communities ever built! It was originally designed as a retirement community, but has become a premier city for families to live, work and play. The city's population exploded in the 1990's, and the community has responded with excellent recreational and cultural developments.

The city is home to a 180-acre Sportsplex that host major community festivals, an aquatic complex, tennis center, ice arena, golf driving range, wildlife hospital and more! Coral Springs is nationally known for hosting the Honda Classic, a tournament on the PGA Tour. The city is also in the Guinness Book of World Records for making the world's largest hamburger and milkshake on its 25th anniversary!
