Green Cove Springs has a property tax rate of $2.61 per $1,000 of valuation. The property tax rate has not increased in nineteen years. We also have a $25,000 homestead exemption in Florida for the first $25,000 of valuation if you qualify. Florida also has no state income tax.

The City plays host to the Reynolds Industrial Park.
