Located in the heart of Oahu just 30 minutes from Honolulu, 20 minutes from Pearl Harbor and 10 minutes from Schofield Army Base, Mililani Town is Hawaii's first master-planned community. In 1986 Mililani received the All-American Community award. It was just in 1968 that the first residents moved to Mililani, but now the town boasts approximately 37,000 residents, excellent schools, churches, recreation centers with swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, 3 shopping centers and Mililani Golf Course.

Next year the Mililani Town Center will be expanding from the existing 5-plex to a new 14-plex movie theater. Organized leagues for sports such as football, baseball, and soccer attract many youngsters and their parents. Here in Mililani the emphasis is on family. Mililani offers a wide variety of housing options ranging from 1-bedroom condominiums to custom built homes.
