The Town of Bargersville was originally located six (6) miles west of Franklin, Indiana. Bargersville was also initially located in Sections 1 and 2 of Union Township and was laid out in February of 1850. In 1920, Bargersville was incorporated and continues to be a thriving community that is among the fastest growing areas in the county.
