Louisburg is a city of 2,500 plus and is growing in leaps and bounds. Four new subdivisions in the city limits have just opened up offering an array of price ranges. Country abounds outside of town with several larger lots from 3-40 acre tracts being available with or without homes.

Louisburg is referred to as a "bedroom community", although there are jobs available in town. Schools are very important to the town, with tremendous support throughout the area. We currently have a new high school up for a bond proposal Nov. 3, which should accommodate our school system for the next 10-15 years. All academic and sports programs are at the top or near the top in the area and statewide.
