Aberdeen is located in Harford County's "Bay Corridor" which contains the County's earliest settlements along Philadelphia Road (MD Route 7); Pulaski Highway (U.S.Route 40); and Interstate I-95. Aberdeen is a designated "All America City" and home to the US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (More unexpectedly, it is also home to a thriving population of bald eagles).
