New Town boasts a variety of housing types including single family detached homes, courtyard homes, town homes and condominiums. In addition, there are shops, restaurants, a planned 18 plex movie theater, banks, offices and a beautiful mall. The area also has a sports center, walking and jogging paths, tennis courts, swimming pools and 100 acres of natural preserve areas and park land.
