Pasadena is a family oriented community located on the Chesapeake Bay between Baltimore and Annapolis and east of Fort Meade. Pasadena is called home for many that live in the many prestigious planned communities such as Farmington Village and Old Saybrooke. Pasadena features some of the most elegant waterfront homes on Chesapeake Bay. Gibson Island, located in the southeast corner of Pasadena is a very private upscale community featuring magnificent estates. While Pasadena is made up primarily of single-family homes, a select few condominiums and townhouses are available, ranging in price from $75,000 to more than $200,000. Single-family homes start at just over $100,000 and run up to $2 million for estate properties and executive homes on large lots, many with waterfront views.
