The Tritown Area of Massachusetts includes the communities of Middleton, Topsfield, and Boxford - all part of what is known as the North Shore. All three towns are within Essex County and conveniently located near major highways making commutes to Salem and the Boston metro area a breeze.

Topsfield is also home to the country's oldest agricultural fair that began in 1818. Primarily a residential community with some 6,400 residents, Topsfield is an area of rolling hills and winding streams. Like Middleton, Topsfield has retained its rural character boasting its own, characteristic New England Town Common.

The Tritown Area's public school system prides itself on an excellent reputation. Middleton, Topsfield, and Boxford are all part of the Masconomet Regional Public School system. As far as higher education is concerned, nearby Danvers is home to the North Shore Community College offering a full range of academic and administrative school services including online courses.
