The Lincoln County Youth Fair is held every July in Troy and is a showcase of events and entertainment. County fair winners compete in the Missouri State Fair, and have won their fair share of trophies and ribbons! Troy has a long and rich history. The town was begun in 1819 and has long been the Lincoln County seat and the center of business activity for the area. In 1994, they celebrated their Dosquicentenial (175th anniversary) with a look back through our history and the wonderful events that have happened in the past.
