Housed in its present building since 1897, the fast growing library offers art and photo exhibits, children's workshops and free lectures. The elementary and junior high schools are a model for other communities. Pinkerton Academy in nearby Derry, NH services the high school population and is one of the largest secondary schools in New Hampshire noted for quality in both college preparatory and vocational education.
