Lake Mohawk is a beautiful and unique area of Sparta, New Jersey...an upscale community just 50 miles from the George Washington Bridge. Lake Mohawk is the largest PRIVATE lake in New Jersey. Therefore only property owners have lake rights such as the right to swim or boat on the lake, and thus Lake Mohawk is never crowded!
