Tinton Falls is a mid sized community, is located on the eastern side of Monmouth County in central New Jersey. Conveniently located close to the Garden State Parkway, Route 95, and Route 18, in addition to mass transit for an easy commute to New York City.
Tinton Falls has a population of 10,000, however the town is developed in separate section giving the feel of a small town community. There is a nice balance between detached single family homes ranging in price from $300,000 to $900,000 and town houses from $200,000 to $350,000.
The school system consists of three grammar schools and a regional high school. Grades k-2 attend Atchison school, 3-5 attend Swimming River School, 6-8 The Middle school. The High school is Monmouth Regional accepting students from Tinton Falls, Eatontown, and Shrewsbury Borough.
Tinton Falls is very Youth oriented with programs throughout the year for children of all ages from Soccer, Little League (including youth leagues starting with cap level), Basketball, and Pop Warner Football. Tinton Falls is close to shopping, County parks, and the Atlantic Ocean.
