Hartsdale is a charming hamlet situated in the unincorporated part of the Town of Greenburgh. Its downtown along East Hartsdale Avenue has a city like feeling with mid rise co-op buildings, stores and restaurants. Central Park Avenue is a commercial area that runs to White Plains in the north and to Yonkers far in the south. Several highways, Metro Northland buses provide an easy commute to NYC and other areas in Westchester, as well as to New Jersey and Connecticut.
