Loudonville is a hamlet located in the town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, in the USA. The hamlet, formerly named Ireland's Corners, is named after John Campbell, 4th Earl of Loudoun. The community is located Capital Region. It is directly north of Albany, New York.

Loudonville is largely an upper middle class, or high class community. Property values are generally higher than those of surrounding communities, making it less affordable for people of modest means. In some cases, Loudonville is sometimes associated with having better lifestyles, and tastes in automobiles as compared to the other middle-class areas of Colonie.

East Hills Boulevard is a new site of interest, as the development contains a few dozen of the most expensive and largest manor houses in the capitol district. East Hills can be entered from Spring Street or from Waterveliet-Shaker Road. Siena College, a liberal arts college, is located in the northern section of the hamlet.
