Tinkers Creek is twenty acres of waterfalls, streams, historical sights and beautiful foliage.

The Bedford School System consists of six primary/middle schools and one High School. There are also a few private schools to choose from within the city limits. Bedford High School prides itself on a diversified list of course offerings to prepare their students for futures in technical, business, and vocational fields as well as other occupations.
