Where History Meets the Future
Springboro, one of the fastest growing communities in Warren County, is located between Dayton and Cincinnati in southwest Ohio. Attractive housing and excellent schools set amid rolling farmland make Springboro the choice of many families coming into the area. The city's master plan controls expansion and preserves the small-town qualities valued by residents. A six-block section of South Main Street has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The earliest settlers in this part of the state were the Hopewell Indians, known as the "Mound-Building Indians", who occupied this territory from about 100 B.C. to 600 A.D. Over the centuries, as Europeans found the area, small businesses sprung up and the area's population began to grow gradually. Perhaps the biggest attraction to this area were the gently rolling hills, woods, an abundance of wildlife, and water.

Today, residents of Springboro enjoy the scenic beauty and the quiet surroundings. An excellent school system and relatively quick access to the nearby Dayton metropolitan area provide a comfortable living experience. Other nearby cities include Middletown, which is several miles to the south, and Cincinnati, which is a half-hour drive down Interstate 75.
