Boards and Commissions, made up of residents, provide input and guidance to City Council. Residents provided input and guidance to the 1997 Ten Year Master Plan and the 1999 Recreation Master Plan, which guide improvements and development into the next century. Wyoming provides its own full-range of public services including public safety, water, planning and zoning, and construction and maintenance of streets. Public services are efficient and effective.
