of more than 300 acres, will also include 650 hotel rooms and a small

The River District plans to include 300 condominium units in the initial
phase of the project, which overlook an 80-acre lake and will include
structured parking facilities. The project also boasts a fountain and water
feature set to a music library designed by Wet Labs of California. Wet Labs
is the company responsible for the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel in Las
Vegas and other worldwide hotel, casino and retail developments. Further
amenities include a town square, fashion district, park areas and lake
frontage.
