Aumsville is a small community located in the Willamette Valley. For the thousands of pioneers who came across the Oregon Trail, this rich and verdant valley truly was the promised land. Flanked by the Coast Range and the Cascades, the valley takes its name from the river that flows through it. Historic cities and towns were settled in the area, but the area is perhaps best known for its diverse agriculture, which includes all kinds of vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, nuts, hops and Christmas trees.
