Troutdale sits at the gateway to the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are fortunate to inhabit (for a short while or a lifetime) this beautiful area. Although the weather is fairly mild, we do have four distinct seasons. The hills green with the spring rains and golden brown in summer's heat. Fall brings crisp days and chilly nights along with the colors of leaves turning, and in the winter, when it snows, the mountains are beautiful.
