Climate: North Charleston is well known for its mild climate. You will find the weather in this region pleasant most of the year. Unlike the south, Charleston actually has mild seasonal changes. For a couple of the summer months it will get a bit warm and humid but the much longer mild periods clearly offset the few hot days. The winters are brief and the nice days pop up often to keep the spirits up.
