Kaysville first provided this service to its citizens in 1908 and has continued to grow and provide dependable electrical service to the community. The city library is located on Main Street in the old City Hall building, which was re-opened after remodeling on February 17, 1987. The library first began its operation on September 28, 1920 and continues to provide great service to the community. Included within the environs of the Library is the renowned LeConte Stewart Art Gallery. Kaysville has one of the finest recreation and park systems within the state of Utah.
