Oak Hill is a suburban town in Fairfax County, Virginia, just east of Washington-Dulles Airport. The community is within the Washington, D.C., metro area and bordered by the communities of Reston and Dulles to the east and west, respectively. One of the community's largest neighborhoods is Franklin Farm, a former working dairy farm that was transformed into a balanced, suburban haven in the 1970?s.
The Oak Hill and Franklin Farm area is primarily residential and maintains a close connection to the outdoors. Walking paths link streets to wooded areas, ponds and other recreation areas. Real estate options consist of detached, single-family homes as well as condominiums and townhouses for sale.
Approximately 30,000 residents enjoy the history and personality of Oak Hill.
