Washington Real Estate & Relocation Guide
Brier, Washington
Population: 6,383
Located in Snohomish County
The City of Brier is a comparatively small suburb with almost entirely residential homes, located on the very southern boundary of Snohomish County, adjacent to the City of Mountlake Terrace, to the west, the City of Lake Forest Park (King County) and the City of Kenmore (also King County) to the south.
If you are looking for a quiet almost rural feeling close to Seattle, this is it. Housing ranges from neatly platted neighborhood homes to a more relaxed setting with larger lots and trees. It is not uncommon to see residents riding horseback still in Brier. Winding roads with names like Locust Way, Brier Road, Hickory Way, make this a truly unique place to live. Designed solely as a residential neighborhood, it has a small town atmosphere.
There are a number of parks in the city with plans for more. In addition, there is a branch of the Snohomish-Isle Library system in the city.
