We are the "Up North" hunting you read about-as there is an abundance of public woodland filled with pheasant, grouse, ducks, rabbits, deer and even bear. The fishing never ends; and, in the winter, you don't even need a boat. Downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ATVing, sledding and ice skating fill the winters and give way to the summer fun of water skiing, boating, running, hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing, and stock car racing. The Hospital is directly connected with Luther Hospital in Eau Claire and the world renowned Mayo-Clinic in Rochester MN. As well as the University of Minnesota Medical Facilities. Barron is a very exciting place and we invite you to join in on our Barron excitement.
